Cancellation Policy

At InstaSevak, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and service delivery, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Notice Period

To cancel or reschedule a service, we kindly ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

How to Cancel

Cancellations must be made by the application itself.

Late Cancellations

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service may be subject to:

  • A booking fee will be charged as a cancellation charge.
  • Forfeiture of any deposit paid.

No-Shows

our team arrives for the scheduled service and you are unavailable or access is denied:

  • A booking fee will apply.
  • Rescheduling may require prepayment of the full service amount.

Emergency Cancellations

We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive cancellation fees at our discretion.
